Romans 3

True Privilege Demands Higher Accountability:

Having access to God’s Word, a religious upbringing, or spiritual community is a massive blessing, but it does not grant automatic salvation. Instead, possessing the truth means you are held to a higher standard of accountability. Privilege without practice equals empty ritual.

Human Unfaithfulness Doesn't Change God's Character:

God's faithfulness is independent of human behavior. When people fail us, or when religious institutions falter, God remains entirely trustworthy, just, and true to His word. Human hypocrisy never invalidates God's truth.

We Cannot Use Our Flaws to Excuse Sin:

You cannot twist grace into a license to sin. We cannot justify our bad behavior by claiming it somehow "glorifies God's mercy" in the end. God is perfectly just to judge sin, and human rationalizations will not stand in His court.

The Universal Problem: No One is "Good Enough"

Paul stringently diagnoses the human condition:

"There is none righteous, no, not one..."

"There is none who seeks after God..."

"Their throat is an open tomb..."

"There is no fear of God before their eyes."
